Medical Malpractice Attorney Howard Mishkind to Help Teach Trial Tactics Course
Attorney Mishkind Will Participate as Part of the Faculty for the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law Medical Malpractice, Trial Tactics Course to Be Offered to Students in July of 2011
Howard Mishkind, formerly an adjunct professor at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, will participate as a faculty member for the Medical Malpractice Trial Tactics course that will be taught the Summer of 2011 as part of the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law healthcare law curriculum. The course will be a 2-week course, including substantive legal instruction and critical faculty evaluation of students, as well as skills practice in the context of a medical malpractice case.
Mr. Mishkind, an experienced trial attorney practicing in the Cleveland area for the past 31 years, has been an active participant in law school-related courses, appearing as a guest lecturer, as well as an adjunct professor. He will apply his expertise along with other medical malpractice attorneys from the plaintiff and defense sides that will be participating in the process and providing invaluable insights to students enrolled in this program.
