Medical Malpractice Lawyers Howard Mishkind and David Kulwicki Selected for Inclusion in 2012 Ohio Super Lawyers

For the sixth year in a row, medical malpractice lawyer Howard Mishkind has been selected for inclusion on the Ohio Super Lawyers list. Joining him on the 2012 list is partner David Kulwicki. Only five percent of lawyers in the state were selected for the Super Lawyers list. Mishkind Law Firm, Co., L.P.A., is happy to announce that its lawyers are among those recognized.
Howard Mishkind has been a trial attorney for 31 years. He has represented clients in catastrophic personal injury cases and a wide range of medical malpractice cases and other professional negligence matters. He is a patients' rights advocate, devoted to helping clients pursue justice after negligence has caused injury or death. A member of many professional organizations, Howard is also active in the community and has taught many classes and seminars on medical malpractice law and other healthcare related matters. He is frequently consulted by other attorneys to assist in the representation of their clients due to his interest in protecting the rights of injured patients.
David Kulwicki has 23 years of experience as a trial lawyer. He has served many roles in the medical malpractice law sector, including as former Chairman of the Medical Negligence Section of the Ohio Academy of Justice (OAJ), former Chairman of OAJ's Constitutional Review committee and as a board member on the Board of Directors for the Cleveland Academy of Trial Attorneys. Both Howard and David have extensive trial experience in complex legal matters in various courts throughout the State of Ohio.
Both Howard and David are members of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a group of U.S. attorneys that have successfully tried cases leading to multiple settlements or verdicts over a million dollars.
